Solar Energy is now part of TOUA’s electric mix!
TOUA is proud to announce that, as of June 2,2025, the Box Canyon Solar Project, a
300 megawatt solar project located near Florence, Arizona, has officially started
operations. TOUA is subscribed to receiving 16 megawatts of electricity from this project
to provide power to our customers. This addition increases our overall solar resource
supply to 50%.
The investment in solar power, a renewable energy source, demonstrates our
commitment to protecting the environment by reducing our carbon footprint, as we work
towards a more sustainable future for our community.
