Our offices are located on Highway 86, 1.5 miles west of Sells, Arizona, and approximately 60 miles west of Tucson. We’re open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

How to Pay Your Bill
Customers can pay their bill via phone call, the app, online, in person, or by mail.
You can mail your payment to: P.O. Box 816, Sells, AZ, 85634.
To pay your bill online click here. You can also make a payment via phone for your Electric, Water, and Propane ONLY by calling 1-833-890-6263.
If You Need to Make Payment Arrangements
If you’re unable to pay your bill in full, please contact our Collections Department to make arrangements. Call us at (520) 383-2236.
How to Reconnect Service if You’ve Been Disconnected
All balances must be paid before service can be reconnected. You’ll also need to pay a reconnection fee. Call us to discuss the steps needed to schedule reconnection.
