In the event of a lost or stolen cellular phone, the customer is responsible for contacting TOUA’s NOC (Network Operations Center) to request immediate disconnection of service. The customer will be responsible for all billable charges until NOC enters the disconnect request and deactivates the customer’s account. When the customer requests service to be disconnected, NOC enters a disconnect service order which are time-stamped by the system; and this stamp will serve as the official disconnect time.
If you need to disconnect your phone due to it being lost or stolen and it is after regular business hours. Our office can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling the automated system at (520) 383-2236 and pressing the appropriate number for the department needed.
TOUA is an equal opportunity provider and employer.
