Customers can use our SmartHub Bill Pay web and mobile app to pay online. After you register your account, you can view bills and make payments. To download the app, visit the app store for Apple products and Google Play for Android and Windows. Customers can also come into our office to make a payment, or mail in their payment.

Residential Budget Billing Plan – is a stable payment plan and budgeting program available to customers. RBBP is not a discount program. There is no fee to participate in the RBBP. Customers would pay an average amount monthly to avoid spikes in their bill caused by seasonal fluctuations in their electric, water and sewer, and/or propane use.
Deferred Payment Agreement Program – The purpose of DPA is to provide relief to residential customers who are experiencing financial difficulty or have a situation beyond their control hindering their ability to pay delinquent charges for utility services
Subsidy – is a program implemented by the Tohono O’odham Nation to assist elderly (65 & over) and low-income members with their bill.
Lifeline – You can get a monthly discount of up to $34.25 off the cost of phone, internet, or bundled services. If you live on Tribal lands. You can get the Tribal benefit if your income is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or if you participate in one of the government assistance programs including certain Tribal assistance programs.
